Greybarrow is a town in Northern Klengal mainly exporting Tanned leathers, riverfish, hardwood lumber, medicinal herbs and charcoal to the surrounding towns and cities of the area. Once a logging encampment nestled in the Foxmere Forest it grew into a bustling town of trade and rest between the two major cities of Lithua and Takil's Grove along a route known as Hobble Road. The town is in an area of Klengal known as The Foothills a valley im the mountain range known as The Shalverra Range.

The newer part of town built by the Foxmere River. Tyrial's Tack & Kit and Hershek’s Stables are located here.

Ashkey Brook

A bustling street towards the town centre many stalls and goods are sold here from stores further in town. Though it is mainly a residential area.

Old Town

Old stone buildings and winding streets are the main feature of this part of town. It is the poorer district with the oldest houses rundown and decrepit, the area by The Hill is known to be the oldest where the first lumber mill was built.

The Hill

A lush forested area of town where fruit trees are abundant. The town grows Jewelled Iris here, the soil is fertile and believed to tap into a ley line where it gets the energy to grow lush trees and foliage. It is said if anything is cut down here it will anger the fey.

Town Square

A large square in front of Grey's Hall town ceremonies and festivals are usually put on here. On warm days it's common to see a play or festival going on.

Crooked Tree

An old, dead tree which marks the Western boundary of the town. Old Annie Hitching was killed there and accused of being a witch. At night people can still hear her cries calling out her innocence.

Ferrum Pact - Klengal Branch

A small guild hall for the Ferrum Pact mercenary guild. Old Barrow runs the hall and has a few other members working under him Trick and Shelly, they are currently investigating the Gnoll Menace around the area.

Church of Azkai

Azkai is a Dwarven Deity of Healing and Life. Azkai draws energy from the mountains and shares it with those who are injured or suffering. The clergy provide offerings to named mountains and believe that Azkai gave the mountains names and each mountain has a soul. Mount Whiangth in the Shalverra range has a sacred site where a pilgramage is done by the clergy of Greybarrow.

Skystreak

A courier guild based in Northern Klengal ran by the half-elf Reaoltyr and his sister Bemiseda they also have a few branches in Lithua, Takil's Grove, Sentinel Hill and South Chik. ↑ Top
